SMASH PICKLEBALL™ Cancellation Policy

At SMASH™, we strive to provide a seamless experience for all our members and guests. To ensure fair access to our facilities and to minimize disruptions, we’ve established the following cancellation policy:

COURT BOOKINGS

Cancellations

·      Court bookings must be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to avoid penalties.

Late Cancellations or No-Shows:

·      Late Cancellations: Canceling within 24 hours of a booking will result in a $6/hour fee per person on the booking. Please call us directly at 1-833-SMASH-PB to cancel.

·      No-Show Fee: Not showing up for a court booking without canceling will result in a $15/hour fee.

PROGRAM BOOKINGS

Cancellations

·      Program bookings must be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to avoid penalties.

Late Cancellations or No-Shows:

·      Late Cancellations: Canceling within 24 hours of a booking will result in a $15/hour fee. Please call us directly at 1-833-SMASH-PB to cancel.

LESSONS AND CLINICS

Individual Lessons:

·      Lessons must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund or reschedule without penalty.

·      Cancellations made within 24–48 hours will incur a 50% charge.

·      Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson will be charged the full amount.

Group Clinics or Workshops:

·      A 72-hour notice is required for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows will not be refunded or credited.

EVENTS AND TOURNAMENTS

      Cancellations

·      Registrations for events or tournaments must be canceled at least 7 days prior to the event start date to receive a full refund.

·      Cancellations within 7 days of the event will result in a 50% refund, and cancellations within 48 hours will not be refunded.

MEMBERSHIP-RELATED BOOKINGS

       Prime Time Booking Rules:

·      To ensure maximum court usage during high-demand periods, the following rules apply during Prime-Time hours (10:00 AM–12:00 PM and 6:00 PM–8:00 PM):

·      Courts can only be booked if your group includes 4 players.

·      The ball machine will not be available for use during Prime-Time hours.

WEATHER OR FACILITY-RELATED CANCELLATIONS

·      In cases of inclement weather or facility issues resulting in cancellation, affected bookings will be rescheduled or fully refunded.

HOW TO CANCEL A BOOKING

·      Cancellations made 24 hours in advance can be made via the SMASH™ app, website, or by contacting the front desk.

·      Cancellations made less than 24 hours can be made via by contacting the front desk @ 1.833.SMASH-PB
